WordPress 3.6 Beta 3 has been officially released to public on Saturday and can now be downloaded directly from the WordPress.org website. Mark Jaquith, the lead developer of the WordPress 3.6 stated that it’s still in beta period and should not be used on a production site.

On Tuesday Tony Perez, from Sucuri blogged about the vulnerability found in two of the top cache plugins. The issue has been reported a month earlier and a few days after that both plugin authors pushed the new versions of their plugins to disable the vulnerability functions by default.
